Quick summary: Hajri is a subscription-based SaaS product. We offer a Free Trial so you can evaluate the Service before paying. Once a paid Subscription is active, fees are generally non-refundable, but we honour a limited refund window for new subscriptions and consider refunds in genuine cases such as duplicate payments or our own service failures. 1. Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) explains how cancellations, refunds, and billing adjustments work for paid Subscriptions to Hajri (“Hajri”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), a product of Tupple Application.

This Policy forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Capitalised terms used here have the meanings given to them in the Terms of Service.

By subscribing to or paying for the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy.

2. Free Trial

Hajri offers a Free Trial so you can evaluate the Service before committing to a paid plan. During the Free Trial:

  • No payment is required to start the trial.
  • You can use the features made available for the trial plan.
  • You can cancel at any time before the trial ends with no charge.

At the end of the Free Trial, your account will either convert to a paid Subscription (if you have selected a plan and provided payment details) or be suspended until you subscribe. We encourage you to evaluate the Service fully during the trial, since paid fees are generally non-refundable as set out below.

3. Subscription Fees

  • All fees are billed in advance for the applicable billing cycle (monthly, annual, or as specified at the time of purchase).
  • Fees are exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes, which are added to the invoice as required by Indian law (or the equivalent in your jurisdiction).
  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled in advance (see Section 5).

4. General Refund Position

Hajri is a digital SaaS product. Because access to the Service is granted immediately upon payment and consumes infrastructure, storage, and support resources from the moment of activation:

  • All Subscription fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in this Policy or required by applicable law.
  • We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, unused user seats, downgrades made mid-cycle, or features you chose not to use.
  • Cancelling a Subscription stops future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid.

5. Cancelling Your Subscription

5.1 How to Cancel

You can cancel your Subscription at any time by:

  • Disabling auto-renewal from your account settings in the Hajri admin dashboard; or
  • Writing to us at billing@hajri.app from your registered admin email address.

5.2 When Cancellation Takes Effect

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have full access to the Service until the end of that cycle, and you will not be charged for the next renewal.

5.3 No Mid-Cycle Refund

If you cancel partway through a billing cycle, no refund will be issued for the remaining days, weeks, or months of that cycle.

6. Exceptions Where Refunds May Be Considered

We may, at our sole discretion, consider refund requests in the following limited circumstances:

All refunds under this Section are subject to verification by our billing team. We may request supporting information (such as transaction IDs, screenshots, or usage logs) before processing a refund.

7. Situations Where Refunds Are NOT Provided

To set clear expectations, refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind, change of business priorities, or no longer needing the Service.
  • Failure to use the Service after subscribing.
  • Lack of internal adoption of the Service by your team.
  • Incompatibility with your existing hardware, network, or workflows that you did not verify during the Free Trial.
  • Unused features, unused user seats, or downgrades during a billing cycle.
  • Account suspension or termination resulting from your breach of our Terms of Service.
  • Issues caused by your devices, internet connectivity, third-party services, or factors outside our reasonable control.
  • Reliance on facial recognition, GPS, or geo-fencing accuracy in circumstances where such tools are not designed to be 100% accurate (e.g., extreme lighting, poor camera quality, weak GPS signal).
  • Renewal charges where you did not cancel before the renewal date and continued to have access to the Service.

8. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please send an email to billing@hajri.app with the following details:

  • Registered business name and admin email address.
  • Subscription plan and invoice or transaction ID.
  • Date and amount of the payment.
  • Reason for the refund request, with supporting details (e.g., duplicate payment proof, error description, screenshots).
Response time: We aim to acknowledge refund requests within 3 business days and to communicate a decision within 7–10 business days of receiving all required information.

9. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the transaction. We cannot refund to a different account or instrument.
  • The refund amount will be net of payment gateway charges, bank fees, and applicable taxes that are not recoverable by us.
  • Processing time is typically 7–14 business days from the date of approval, depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
  • International refunds may take longer and may be subject to currency conversion differences.

Hajri is not responsible for delays caused by banks, card networks, payment gateways, or other intermediaries once the refund has been initiated from our side.

10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We strongly encourage you to contact us first at billing@hajri.app before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider. In most cases, we can resolve billing concerns directly and more quickly than the chargeback process.

If a chargeback is filed without first contacting us, we reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate your account.
  • Contest the chargeback with evidence of valid Service delivery and account usage.
  • Recover any chargeback fees, administrative costs, or unpaid amounts from you.
  • Withhold future Service until the dispute is resolved.

11. Account Termination by Hajri

If we suspend or terminate your account for breach of our Terms of Service, illegal activity, fraud, or other violations, you will not be entitled to a refund of any fees paid. If we terminate your account for reasons other than your breach (for example, if we discontinue the Service entirely), we may, at our discretion, refund the unused portion of any prepaid fees on a pro-rata basis.

12. Data Export After Cancellation

After your Subscription ends, we will make Customer Data available for export for a limited period (typically 30 days), after which Customer Data may be deleted or anonymised in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Cancellation of a Subscription does not delete your data immediately, but it does end your right to use the Service.

13. Taxes

All fees are exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes. Where a refund is processed, applicable tax adjustments will be made in accordance with Indian tax law (or the equivalent in your jurisdiction). Tax invoices and credit notes will be issued as required by law.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our Service, payment partners, or applicable law. The revised Policy will be posted at https://hajri.app with an updated “Last Updated” date. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email where appropriate. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
