Hajri: A product of Tupple Application

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) explains how cancellations, refunds, and billing adjustments work for paid Subscriptions to Hajri (“Hajri”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), a product of Tupple Application.
This Policy forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Capitalised terms used here have the meanings given to them in the Terms of Service.
By subscribing to or paying for the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy.
Hajri offers a Free Trial so you can evaluate the Service before committing to a paid plan. During the Free Trial:
At the end of the Free Trial, your account will either convert to a paid Subscription (if you have selected a plan and provided payment details) or be suspended until you subscribe. We encourage you to evaluate the Service fully during the trial, since paid fees are generally non-refundable as set out below.
Hajri is a digital SaaS product. Because access to the Service is granted immediately upon payment and consumes infrastructure, storage, and support resources from the moment of activation:
You can cancel your Subscription at any time by:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have full access to the Service until the end of that cycle, and you will not be charged for the next renewal.
If you cancel partway through a billing cycle, no refund will be issued for the remaining days, weeks, or months of that cycle.
We may, at our sole discretion, consider refund requests in the following limited circumstances:

| Prolonged service failure directly caused by Hajri (e.g., the Service is materially unavailable for an extended period and the issue is confirmed at our end) | Pro-rata service credit, or in exceptional cases a partial refund, at our discretion. |
| New annual Subscription, cancelled within 7 days of the first payment, with negligible usage and no prior cancellation history | Refund of the annual fee minus any used months and applicable taxes & gateway charges, at our discretion. |

All refunds under this Section are subject to verification by our billing team. We may request supporting information (such as transaction IDs, screenshots, or usage logs) before processing a refund.

If a refund is approved:
Hajri is not responsible for delays caused by banks, card networks, payment gateways, or other intermediaries once the refund has been initiated from our side.
We strongly encourage you to contact us first at billing@hajri.app before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider. In most cases, we can resolve billing concerns directly and more quickly than the chargeback process.

If we suspend or terminate your account for breach of our Terms of Service, illegal activity, fraud, or other violations, you will not be entitled to a refund of any fees paid. If we terminate your account for reasons other than your breach (for example, if we discontinue the Service entirely), we may, at our discretion, refund the unused portion of any prepaid fees on a pro-rata basis.
After your Subscription ends, we will make Customer Data available for export for a limited period (typically 30 days), after which Customer Data may be deleted or anonymised in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Cancellation of a Subscription does not delete your data immediately, but it does end your right to use the Service.
All fees are exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes. Where a refund is processed, applicable tax adjustments will be made in accordance with Indian tax law (or the equivalent in your jurisdiction). Tax invoices and credit notes will be issued as required by law.
We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our Service, payment partners, or applicable law. The revised Policy will be posted at https://hajri.app with an updated “Last Updated” date. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email where appropriate. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
